Royden Shotter has been a financial adviser since 1997 and providing investment advice since 2001. He worked in a prominent New Zealand financial planning practice for six years before establishing Endeavour Financial Planning in 2007.
He has a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Personal Financial Planning) from Massey University and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFPCM) practitioner. CFPCM is an internationally recognised mark owned by the Financial Planning Standards Board in the USA and awarded in New Zealand by the Institute of Financial Advisers (IFA). Royden is a member of the IFA and as a condition of membership adheres to the IFA Code of Ethics and Practice Standards.
Where the New Zealand financial services industry is experiencing widespread change, Royden is keen to help drive that change. His determination is to create a financial services firm that operates on the frontier of innovation, questioning previously accepted financial thinking and adopting strategies that directly improve a clients' results.
